Method
It’s simple really…
Mix together your tomatoes & rocket in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, olive oil and pepper – give it a good mix!
Coat your sliced rustic bread in olive oil and toast under the grill
Once grilled, layer on your mozzarella, salad mix and salami
