Gnocchi with creamy parmesan sauce

Serves 4
500g gnocchi
200g Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
100ml Double cream
Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste

1. Cook the gnocchi in a large pot of salted boiling water for about 2-3 minutes, until they rise to the surface and roll over.
2. When the gnocchi is cooked, move to a separate pan. Add a ladle of water, double cream and parmesan.
3. Mix until the creamy cheese sauce coats the gnocchi evenly.
4. Plate it in warmed serving bowls and serve immediately.
