Join us as we host a one-off 5 course vegetarian tasting menu at Cucina del Mercato to raise money for Natoora’s Farm Fund initiative, supporting agro-ecological farmers. Featuring Natoora’s finest ingredients for the season our chefs will take diners on a journey through flavour owing to the incredible growing practices of small, sustainable farms. Closely following the microseasons of diverse varieties grown in both Italy & the UK.
With each dish carefully curated to put produce first, Natoora’s Head of Education will be on hand to introduce the menu and talk guests through their unique growing stories.
Not only will the food focus on growers that are preserving rich agricultural practices and soils, 15% of the proceeds will go directly to Natoora’s Farm Fund — a new initiative raising money for grants to support young farmers, diversity in farming and growers who are building a more resilient future for food and the planet.
