Located in the heart of Eataly in La Piazza, by the Central Bar, find our brand new pop-up from Sanpellegrino! We’ve teamed up with the iconic mixers brand to bring Londoners a true taste of Italy. This summer, indulge in Sanpellegrino’s new premium mixers range, that have been revamped into a series of refreshing summer cocktails. Tickle your taste buds with the Amalfi Citrus Fizz, or try the crisp Milano GingerBeer.

Whether you’re popping in after work for an Aperitivo or settling in for the night with friends, the Sanpellegrino Piazza Bar is the location to visit this summer. So, savour the moment, and enjoy cocktails mixed like an Italian!


Sanpellegrino’s new mixers are a premium range of sparkling drinks that feature crisp, vibrant aromas. These drinks have expertly balanced flavours and come ready to mix with your favourite spirits or cocktails. Join us for two special evenings, the 14th and 28th June to celebrate the launch of Sanpellegrino’s new mixers in style. We’ll be hosting a series of evenings with renowned mixologists, who will be on hand to create Sanpellegrino cocktail specials accompanied. Enjoy a taste of Italy whilst enjoying an aperitif and live music from our DJ.

On 14th June, we will be joined by Federico Pavan, Director of Mixology for The Donovan Bar at Browns Hotel who has over 10 years in the industry, creating cocktails for the refined, the rich and the famous. Join us on the 28th June and you’ll be served by Senior Mixologist at The Savoy, Cristian Silenzi, who brought The American Bar at The Savoy, winning 50 Best Bars in 2017. Both bartenders will create the classic Sanpellegrino serves as well as their own creations using the mixers. Watch them in action and learn from the masters as they show you how to mix like a pro.
