These crispy, golden cheese crisps take just minutes to make and need only one ingredient. They’re perfect for aperitivo hour, scattered over salads or soups, or simply enjoyed straight from the baking tray.
Why Grana Padano?
Grana Padano has been crafted in northern Italy for over 900 years, making it one of the world’s oldest PDO cheeses. Naturally aged for a minimum of 9 months, it develops a rich, savoury flavour that melts beautifully before crisping up into delicate, crunchy bites, making it the perfect cheese for this recipe.
