Throughout May, we will be delving deeper into the world of pasta and olive oil, helping tell the stories of the producers we work with and providing facts and tips to help you develop your culinary knowledge about how to cook with pasta and olive oil.

Devour a brand-new menu of mouth-watering pasta dishes in Pasta e Pizza restaurant and share with your amore! The star of the show? The Gran Padellata, a large pan of sharing pasta… choose between 10 new dishes including creamy carbonara, rich tagliatella al ragù and trofie al pesto. This limited-edition offer comes with 2 Aperol Spritz and a trio of sharing starters: deep fried pizza dough, cod & potato croquettes & arancini balls served with saffron mayo, all for just £29pp. Delizioso!

Keep your eyes peeled for a special pasta tasting of spaghettata aglio e peperoncino – la coccola – available in Pasta e Pizza restaurant during the week! A chance to try a small portion of spaghetti infused with garlic, served by our chefs to any guest dining at the time this is served.

Frantoi Cutrera press all their olives within 6 hours of picking, meaning the flavours and scents are captured within the process of producing the oil. It’s aroma is fruity and fresh!
