Throughout April, we will delve deeper into the world of pasta, helping tell the stories of the producers we work with and providing recipes and tips to help you develop your culinary knowledge about cooking with this staple.

The pasta sharing experience at Pasta e Pizza

Try this fresh pasta in a tasty Trapanese sauce a Sicilian pesto made with Datterino tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, almonds, parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, and extra virgin olive oil – available in Pasta e Pizza restaurant for 3 days only!

Did you know? Hand-made fusilli is the most typical, traditional pasta shape of Gragnano, the birthplace of dry pasta, a small town in sunny Campania. For the last 400 years, the method of creating fusilli has remained the same and has been handed down for generations since. A swift, single gesture consists of twisting the “bucatino” around a steel spindle, giving the pasta it’s recognisable spring-like shape, ensuring it remains intact.
