Made with Italian durum wheat semolina and sourdough, this golden loaf brings together the distinctive flavour of semolina with the gentle tang of natural fermentation, finished with a generous scattering of sesame seeds. Inspired by the breads of Southern Italy, where durum wheat has long been a staple, it’s made for tearing, slicing and sharing.
Alongside our new Pane Semolina e Sesame, you’ll find favourites including our signature Eataly Bread, potato & rosemary bread, rustic sourdough, semolina bread, seeded loaves with turmeric, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, Otto Tondo sourdough and our much-loved tomato and oregano bread.
