  • Alto Adige DOC is nestled in the Italian Alps, Alto Adige, also known as South Tyrol in English, is a captivating region renowned for its natural beauty, cultural blend, and exquisite cuisine. This Italian-Austrian fusion offers a unique experience worth exploring. Alto Adige’s heritage reflects its history as part of both Italy and Austria. Its residents speak Italian, German, and Ladin, showcasing its diverse culture. The region’s geography varies from lush valleys to snow-capped mountains, creating an ideal setting for both winter sports and agriculture.
  • Pecorino Romano PDO is an Italian hard cheese made from fresh whole sheep’s milk, usually with a pale ivory or straw-coloured crust. It has a dense consistency, a range of colours, and a tangy, aromatic taste. The rounds are cylindrical and stamped with the Pecorino Romano PDO logo. It can be sold after ageing for 5 months for table cheese and 8 months for grating types.
  • Etna DOC wines are renowned for their unique characteristics, which are influenced by the region’s terroir. This includes factors such as orientation, intense sun exposure, altitude, rainfall, ventilation, and the volcanic soil type, all of which contribute to the distinct character of these wines. Feel free to talk to our wine team; they will be happy to assist you in choosing a bottle! Mount Etna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is situated on the east coast of Sicily, to the north of Catania. Etna is the highest active volcano in Europe and one of the most active in the world.
